Covered Bridge Village (The Village) is the first mixed-use neighborhood center located in the Texas Hill Country to be registered and on track to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). The planned soccer/recreational sports field at the south end of the development will bring additional traffic to the village further supporting the tenants.
